The Billing address MUST match the billing address on file with your bank or financial institution. If your information comes back invalid, the order will be cancelled.

No P.O. BOX Addresses. We cannot ship to Addresses in PO BOX Format. It must be in a VALID Physical Address Format. (Number, Street Address, #, City, State, and Zip Code. 

Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier (may include GPS and/or photo confirmation), the order is considered fulfilled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery. This includes items left in mailrooms, lobbies, or other shared/common areas.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and secure delivery information. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded due to delivery issues at that location.
